How Do I Get Started?

  1. Complete the online Personal Profile (below), including work history and availability
  2. You will be contacted to have a pre-assessment conversation with a member of the recruiting staff, including verbal communications evaluation
  3. Complete and pass the competency based and work tolerance assessments measuring computer competency, typing accuracy, data-entry skills, personality, interpersonal skills, customer and technical service skill, etc.
  4. Submit and pass a national criminal background check
  5. Establish business through incorporating
  6. Sign and agree to the Master Service Agreement and the Statement of Work Agreement
  7. Provide FEIN and register with Sento for invoicing capabilities
  8. Complete and pass Sento Certification training
  9. Select a client from the available queue and successfully complete client specific training
